IMPORTANT -- Change of Parent Exploratory Group Meeting Location
Hi Everyone,

Please note this change of meeting location to the:

Second Blessing Christian Book Store
25 East Main Street
Mechanicsburg

Larry has been trying to juggle his schedule to make PEG fit against his commitment to the Bookstore. The only thing that is changing is the meeting location. The meeting will still be held Tuesday, June 19, 2001 from 6:30 to 8:00 PM. Please see the directions to the Second Blessing Christian Book Store below. I hope this will work for all of you.

Parent Exploratory Group Planning Committee:

We really appreciate you patience in this endeavor. John has put a lot of work into the planning of this meeting and now I'm throwing in a "curve". The meeting place for next Tuesday, June 19 at 6:30 pm has been changed. I hope you can still make it. I'm working at a book store this summer and the coverage I thought I had for that evening is now not possible.

Our first meeting will now be held at Second Blessing Christian Book Store, 25 E. Main St, Mechanicsburg. It's open from 3:00 - 8:00 pm that day, so come early and browse if you like. It has a wonderful atmosphere with lots of books, Bibles, music and sofa's on which to enjoy them.

DIRECTIONS: From HERSHEY (Rt 322 West)
Take 322 WEST from Hershey (turns into PA 581 W at Harrisburg)

From Eisenhaur Interchange (322/83 cloverleaf) travel 8 miles to MECHANICSBURG EXIT #4 - West 641 (just past CampHill/Gettysburg Exit)

Take Exit #4 and keep turning right until STOP SIGN - 641 WEST/TRINDLE RD
(TURN RIGHT at Stop Sign under bridge)

This road becomes MAIN STREET in Mechanicsburg.
(Travel 3 miles to store on RIGHT)

Look for 25 East Main - more noticable is a BROWN AWNING trimmed with \white Christmas lights. Tall Church Steeple visible across street.

Take first parking spot as soon as you see CHURCH STEEPLE. Or park in lot behind church.

DIRECTIONS: Using Interstate 81 (north of Harrisburg route)
Travel I-81 S across SUSQUEHANNA RIVER

Travel 8 miles from SUSQ RIVER to EXIT 18 - Rt 114 MECHANICSBURG

From this LIGHT (at Rt 114) travel 4 more lights (4.5 miles) to Rt 11/Carlisle Pike (Stay in RIGHT LANE, only one that goes straight through)

Cross Over Rt 11 (Carlisle Pike) to next RED LIGHT (2.5 miles) - TURN LEFT
(this is Portland Street - Grandpa's Growler Restaurant on this corner

At 2nd STOP SIGN, turn RIGHT (Arch Street)

At 4th STOP SIGN, turn RIGHT again (Main Street)

Take first Parking Space available

Look for 25 East Main - more noticable is a BROWN AWNING trimmed with White Christmas Lights. Tall Church Steeple visible across street (parking lot in rear of Church)
