We Need Your Feedback --

We very much appreciate and need your comments, stories, announcements reading references and suggestions for possible use on the Affective Skills Web Site, in Words of Caring, or with other projects. It is your honest, real-life feedback that will best benefit other parents and friends and help to build our new community.

Please feel free to share with us those observations and stories that portray your experiences with your children or other family members as well as thoughts or feelings that you might have about raising and relating to kids. Or perhaps you may wish to comment on topics discussed here, provide announcements of upcoming events of interest, share helpful books and resources, offer inspirational pieces that have helped you, or provide suggestions to improve our efforts. Your ideas are more than welcome.

Submission Guidelines --

We ask please that submissions be information that you are comfortable with seeing in print. You may, of course, request that your comments or suggestions not be printed. We will then respond to you on an individual basis. Submitted stories and experiences should ideally be based on events in your life or your personal reflections. While we cannot print copyrighted materials without permission, we will gladly consider your submission of copyrighted material. If you do submit material that has been published in a book or magazine, or that you know to be copyrighted, please indicate the source of the material.

If we publish your submission we will identify you as the author unless you specifically ask us not to (please include your name). We may request permission to edit your submission for the sake of formatting, clarity or appropriateness. We also reserve the right not to print any material that, at our discretion, is deemed to be inappropriate. Please remember, we cannot provide direct advice or counsel regarding issues or problems.
